Pedal, walk or run the Hauraki Rail Trail and help Goldfields School reach their fundraising target of $150,000.00 for specialised sensory integration equipment for their students.
Hosted by the Paeroa, Thames, Te Aroha & Morrinsville Rotary clubs, this is a fantastic family day out.
The event starts and finishes at Goldfields School, Paeroa.
Simply travel the Hauraki Rail Trail, either cycling, walking or running, as far as you wish. Just make sure you arrive back at Goldfields in time for the 1 pm spot prize draw. We have some awesome spot prizes up for grabs including 2 Avanti mountain bikes. All you have to do is register and be there at the time of the draw for your chance to win.
Food, refreshments, and stall will all be available at Goldfields School too.
Goldfields School draws students from the Coromandel, Waihi, Hauraki Plains, Te Aroha, Matamata & Morrinsville regions, and also provides an outreach service to mainstream schools and ORS funded students throughout this catchment area.
